Dear Members,

Welcome back to our 47th indoor season! First we want to thank everyone once again for the awesome support we received over the past
two seasons. It allowed us to run the club safely for our members and staff. We are happy our lobby area and exercise equipment, as well
as all other amenities are available. Our 2022/2023 clinic sign-ups will start on Monday, August 1, 2022. Please check out our clinic page
for details.

The 12th Annual Ladies Welcome Back Luncheon is returning and will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022. Help us make this not
only a welcome back but also a long awaited celebration. Don’t wait to register as it is first-come, first-served. Just fill out the application
on the back of the brochure and mail it in with the registration fee. Information is available below.

The club will be hosting an Open House on Saturday, September 17, 2022, 11:00am to 2:00pm. This is a great time to visit the facility if
you are a new member and meet our staff. Also don’t forget to bring your racquet and enjoy free court time. Members are welcome to
stop by and enjoy free refreshments and check out the Adult and Junior clinic opportunities.

Our 34-week 2022/2023 Tennis Season will begin on Saturday, September 17, 2022, with the last day of play Friday, May 12, 2023. This
season contract time will not be in effect Saturday, December 24, 2022, through Sunday, January 1, 2023, inclusive. (Your contract time
is 33 weeks) During this time our courts will be available for open-time play and holiday events. This is also a perfect time to use your
makeup cards.

All group Captains will get a statement of their balance due for contract time and memberships for the 2022/2023 season. Group Captains
are solely responsible for collecting and presenting all amounts due the club (INCLUDING MEMBERSHIP FEES, $90.00 PER
PLAYER) by September 1, 2022. Deposits are not refundable unless court time is canceled in writing prior to September 1, 2022, and
resold on a seasonal basis by September 17, 2022. Once again, our ball plan is available to contract groups for $120.00 for the contract
season. (Due to rising costs we had to increase our price for the ball plan) Our supervised nursery hours are Monday through Friday,
8:30am to 4:30pm at a cost of $5.00 per day per family.

ALL PARTICIPATING PLAYERS IN A CONTRACT GROUP MUST BE MEMBERS OF SPRINGTON TENNIS CLUB.
Please bring your membership card with you the first day of play to be validated. We appreciate your cooperation on scanning your
membership card. Our rules are provided to protect and benefit our players.

CONTRACT PLAYERS MAY NOT SHARE MEMBERSHIPS. MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY
REASON. THEY MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PLAYER. Non-members may play for free, as a guest, three
times seasonally in a contract by signing in at the front desk before playing. Subsequent visits require paying a $10.00 guest fee.
